Shipping and Handling including Free Shipping Offer Details: Domestic Orders


• Free shipping* offer within the contiguous USA (lower 48 states) for orders subtotaling $50.00 and over (*exception PORON full log roll customer is responsible for all shipping costs and prepays all shipping costs).
• No $14.99 shipping/handling charge for orders subtotaling $50.00 and more.
• Customer may provide UPS or FedEx account number at check out – the $14.99 handling fees still apply for orders that subtotal under $50.00.
• TapeStore.com ships USPS 1st class or UPS ground services on qualified orders interested in the free shipping offer and the shipping services are selected at iTapeStore.com’s discretion.
• All shipping costs on expedited order requests will be billed to the customer’s shipping account, which can be entered at check out.
• Standard order terms** are F.O.B. point of shipment (**Terms exception is for PORON full log roll that is EXW - iTapeStore.com, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076).
• iTapeStore.com allows for 3rd party shipping arrangements at our discretion to be made through the customer with other shipping and courier services not listed. Please contact us for any special arrangements.
• Custom quoted and/or large volume orders may not include shipping costs.

Shipping and Handling: Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders


• iTapeStore.com will email final shipping cost options for approval before customer’s credit card is charged.
• Customers may provide a UPS, FedEx or DHL account number in ‘Comments’ or emailed separately to pay for shipping charges at check out
• $18.99 handling fee each Alaska and Hawaii order and $24.99 handling fee each International order - does not include shipping
• Customers are fully responsible for all shipping fees due, including for customs, duties, taxes, etc. No exceptions.

ORDER DISCREPANCIES & RETURNS

Please inspect shipments upon receipt for the  quantity, accuracy and condition.  Order discrepancies must be reported to sales@iTapeStore.com  within 30 days after receipt of shipment and we will review our records.

All returns must have iTapeStore.com's authorization. Return requests must be made by email to sales@iTapeStore.com within 30 days of receipt of product(s). All returns require pre-authorization from iTapeStore.com. Products must be unused and in salable condition. There is a minimum $25.00 or 25% restocking fee (whichever is greater) on the standard, uncut returned products. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of approved returns. Returns of product that is defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship or returns due to fulfillment errors also require pre-authorization. After pre-authorization, you will receive by email a unique Returned Merchandise Authorization code (RMA code) and shipping instructions to continue processing.

Returns will not be accepted on:


• Special ordered materials and quantities***
• Any length that is less than a full roll
• Coins
• Strips (mated or single)
• Limited Quantity Deals
***Please note large orders over $500 may be considered a special order – call prior to ordering for clarification.
